I previously wrote a bad review but not because I don't love these products. I had a hard time getting a hold of customer service because they accidentally sent me the wrong products when I ordered the lotion and the body wash. They sent me another shampoo and conditioner instead. As soon as they saw my review they checked the spam folder and found all my messages and reached out promptly apologizing and assured me they would make.it right by sending the correct products. As a bonus they let me keep the shampoo and conditioner that was sent in error AND gave me another free roller!!! I wish I could take my bad review down but I'm not finding a place that lets me edit that so I'm leaving the correct review now! I can't say enough good about all of these products! I do want to add on this one that I saw some people say that the lotion was very thin or poor quality and they simply isn't true for my experience. Maybe they need to stir theirs or shake it up or something because mine is a very nice texture. It's so smooth and silky and it isn't thin at all. It goes on my skin white and quite thick and takes a good amount of time to soak in so if you think it's thin try mixing it up. I will add I didn't have to mix mine or anything it's just a suggestion.

I have emailed both weeks trying to tell someone I didn't get what I ordered and I got an auto response message both times telling me that I could expect a response within 24 hrs. I have not received a human response for 2 weeks. I ordered body wash, lotion, a roller, and two pumps because this was my first time ordering the lotion and body wash. I received a roller, shampoo, conditioner, and two pumps. I already have the shampoo and conditioner so that a super expensive mistake for yall to make on MY DIME and then just ignore my efforts to get it corrected. Otherwise you would get a 5 star review because I'm sure I would love what I ordered just as much as I love the shampoo and conditioner. The whole reason I tried to order the other products. I'm very upset.

I use all of the Kailua products, but the lotion is my favorite! A little bit goes a long way, and I absolutely love how I smell.

This is the absolute best body lotion. It’s super smooth and moisturizing.

Honestly with how much I like all their other products I was slightly disappointed that their lotion wasn’t what I expected. It smelled kinda odd compared to all their other products and was separated when I received it. It’s also a thinner lotion than I was expecting and I’m not sure if I needed to shake it more but overall kinda disappointed with it
