Kailua Balsam is a sophisticated clean sent. A floral herbaceous type with top notes of bergamot, fir needle, lemon and rosemary, middle notes of tuberose, gardenia, peach, and coconut with a cedarwood, patchouli and vanilla base note.

All Kailua products are made paraben-free and SLS-free (sodium lauryl sulfate-free) and we choose natural surfactants that are more gentle on your hair and skin.

We make sure all raw materials are are cruelty-free, and we never test on animals or sell to any 3rd party or country that requires animal testing.

All Kailua ingredients are naturally derived, vegan, and cruelty-free. Even our scents are made from all natural essential oils.

Kailua offers free shipping only on domestic orders above $75.

For all standard deliveries, we gladly accept PO Box addresses. If you live in one of the continental states, your order will be shipped via USPS instead of UPS.

Yes! International orders will be shipped via USPS instead of UPS.

If you are unhappy with your Kailua product for any reason, please contact support@kailua.co within 30 days for a full refund.

It can take up to 10 business days for your payment to return to you. However, it varies depending on your bank.

We ship from Laguna Beach, CA, so ship time will depend on how far you are from CA. Within CA it is usually only 1-2 days, but east coast can take up to 7-10 business days.

Your package is packaged by hand and shipped from Laguna Beach, CA.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the package ships. Usually within 24 hours of placing your order.

We created the reusable pump to be reused for every Kailua product you repurchase. Instead of our pumps being another single-use plastic item, the intention is for our customers to save it when they run out of the product, purchase the same product without a pump (which saves you $3), then put that first pump on the new bottle. This is one of the many ways Kailua promotes sustainability.

At Kailua, we are doing what we can to reduce single-use plastic. By packaging all our products in aluminum bottles, we are ensuring that we reduce ours and your carbon footprint, and are producing something that can be infinitely recycled when finished. This is one of the many ways Kailua promotes sustainability.

Kailua uses a variety of methods to be an eco-friendly brand and promote sustainabilty:

• All products are packaged in aluminum or glass bottles which can be easily recycled
• All products are all-natural, paraben-free, and SLS-free
• All products are cruelty-free
• We encourage you to reuse your pumps and sell many items without the pump for that reason
